I found a couple results... clicked the first one, which took me to http://www.tracethisnumber.com (followed by my phone number.html) - it said results were found. I clicked the link. It took me to ANOTHER website, which I thought was extremely scary. (I am wondering whether to post the link here. Delete it if you think it shouldn't be in this comment) It took me to http://www.numberinvestigator.com where, again, my phone number seemed to have its own page. That's the scary part... the website showed a map (accurate) of where I live. I estimate that it described where I live accurately - it shows an area of about 10 miles radius. I got a little freaked out, because there was a link which said my information was available (FOR A FREAKING FEE!!!) even though my number is UNLISTED, which is a service I pay for. They had a refund policy, so I actually gave in to those morons and paid the fee. They said the report would be instant (it wasn't quite instant, I had to log in and type the phone number again after that, but it took a couple minutes)- and guess what... My name, address, map of where my house is came up. Also came up with my wife's name, which is unacceptable. There was a link to run a background check on me. Needless to say I wrote them a very salty letter and I plan to consult my attorney about this matter. Where is this country going?? Hi SticKer…
